About HTK Shandilya
Architects and construction specialists in Gurgaon, serving Delhi NCR with residential construction, villa design, interior design and dream home construction — under one coordinated process.
H.T.K. Shandilya
Founder & Principal Architect
Practicing since 1999
Why HTK Shandilya Exists
HTK Shandilya Infrastructure & Architects was registered as a company in 2024 — but the practice behind it goes back much further. Founder H.T.K. Shandilya began his professional journey in architecture in 1999, working across residential design, Vastu-integrated planning, and construction execution in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR for over 25 years before formally establishing the company.
HTK Shandilya was created to solve a problem the founder saw repeatedly: homeowners hiring an architect, a Vastu consultant, an interior designer, and a contractor separately — often with none of them coordinating with each other. The company brings architecture, interior design, Vastu consultation, and construction into a single, coordinated process, with one team accountable for the outcome.
Our mission is simple: give homeowners across Delhi NCR access to experienced, Vastu-aware residential architecture and dream home construction — without having to manage multiple disconnected vendors themselves.
